MALMESBURY YFC

Malmesbury Young Farmers club is the largest yfc club in Wiltshire with around eighty members split between the Senior (16-26) and Junior (10-16) clubs. The Seniors meet weekly, normally on a Wednesday night, from September to May around the Malmesbury area; alternating between social nights in a local pub to other meetings such as dry-slope skiing, golfing range, laser quest, club food nights, bowling, skittles, wine-tasting, clubbing nights... The Juniors meet between two and three times a month, doing all sorts of things from nights out like ice-skating to nights in like the quiz nights to other meetings such as rounders, barbeques and bike rides.
The Club also take part in all county competitions - with some members going onto area and national level - we also take part in all sorts of YFC events such as the Three-Counties Ball and the infamous South West Area weekend as well as organising a number of our own events from the Hellrasier Ball to the Ploughing Match, from the Christmas Carol Service to Bonfire Night and from the Christmas Cracker to the float at Malmesbury Carnival.
