Junior Camp Out August 2006

On Tuesday 22nd August 2006, 40 Junior Members from across Wiltshire assembled at Selves Farm, Lower Forest Road, Lacock, Chippenham, by kind permission of the Doel Family. They 'endured'!! a cycle ride along the Canal path to Chippenham (and back!), then participated in a Youth Forum development activity taken by NFYFC Youth development officer Mrs Catherine Sykes. A barbeque and film evening followed, with talks carrying on late into the night!!!

After a few hours sleep, breakfast of bacon and eggs was served at 9am, with Team Building Activities starting at 10am, and lunch at 12. The tents were then packed up, just before the heavens opened. All departing between 2.30 and 3.30pm.
