It has been another fun and successful year for Chippenham Young Farmers, although our member numbers have dropped slightly. We have had a lot of success in all County competitions that we have taken part in, and we came a good 3rd in the Rally this year, so that really pleased us all.

We have had various meetings throughout the year, mostly with the juniors. We had Mr Paul Cook come along to give his very funny talk on his ostrich’s. We tested our brains with a quiz; went to the golf driving range and even tried our hands or rather our legs at Ice Skating.

The seniors have also had great fun at the South West Area weekend, which saw us all travel to Newquay. We have had a great itme at all the Balls throughout the year and especially our successful Valentines Ball which we organise—A big thank you to all who came.

We also held our annual Harvest Supper and a Whist Drive which were both well supported and enjoyed by all who came to it.

So, as to next year in Chippenham YFC, it will see us on the move again to a new meeting place, again, so it will be all change and fun again!
